  1. WikiForce, that link simply puts me in the exact same situation as I was previously... neither the 'Free' or 'Pro' Demo versions of Minitool Partition Wizard allow you to convert from Dynamic to Basic, without purchasing the full version of the software. That's a $59 USD license. Electronics Wizardy, I could just use Disk Management within Windows to convert the drives, but the popup says that 'all data will be lost', when converting from Dynamic to Basic. This is what I'm trying to avoid.. losing the data, when coverting the disk. I don't want to blindly convert the disk n' end up with a blank SSD. The whole point is to save the data, not just convert the disk to Basic. Sorry if I'm missing something...
  2. I've been trying to convert a 1TB SSD from Dynamic to Basic after a system crash that required a fresh Windows install. I downloaded MiniTool Partition Wizard 12.1 to covert the disk without losing the data on it, but it requires a purchase of the Pro version to have that functionality. Anyone know of a source for a free activation code for this software? Or perhaps a similar open source piece of software that will help me in this situation. Thanks.
  3. Had a system crash on an Intel based system with Windows 8.1 Had to boot into the main Bios, clear any changes n' restore defaults. I have 3 SSDs in my system, none were recognized. Chose the one I knew had nothing critical on it to set to Dynamic, which erased it. Then reinstalled Windows n' all my drivers. Is there any way to set my other 2 SSDs to Dynamic without destroying the data on them? I'd like to preserve the games, pics, etc on my main SSD if possible. Any links to how to videos on youtube also would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
