yeah, probably you may know what I'm talking now. The AMD THREADRIPPER. It has three varieties, namely 3990x, 3970x and 3960x. Differences in these CPUs are the core count and the clock speed. These CPUs got an inverse proportionality between the core count and the clock speed. But why they got that? Please anyone clear my doubt.

Coz 3.8GHz quad core intel processor perform better than 4.0GHz quad core AMD processor. Why this is happening? AMD Athlon x4 750k Intel i5 x4670k Please clear my doubt.

AMD Athlon has 4.0GHZ clock speed and quad core. while intel i5 is also a quadcore processor but it has 3.80GHz clock speed. But why, intel perform better than AMD.
