  1. Hi, I'm trying to get my pc ready for windows 11. To enable secure boot I need to change my bios to UEFI mode, however when I change this my windows will not boot. Is there a way for my windows to boot in UEFI mode? Thanks in advance!
  2. I have already tried that. Unfortunately windows refuses to boot into troubleshooting mode. I’ve also tried going to safe mode by booting with a windows usb but this will not work either.
  3. Hi, Since today my windows will not boot correctly. It boots till the login screen, but it won’t show my wallpaper. Just this static windows color and all of the icons at the bottom right won’t work. Is anyone familiar with this issue? I’ve tried booting in safe mode through various options but none seem to work. I really need my computer for work and can’t do anything atm. 63240684192__664F3A2D-AF91-47B7-9180-9F4C0A989633.MOV
  4. Nope, the only things plugged in are the mouse and keyboard.
  5. I can't seem to find a similar function in the Gigabyte BIOS. I did however disabled the CSM as i've read on many forums that this could be the issue. This also didn't work unfortunately.
  6. Hi, I'm helping a friend with his pc. He bought a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB to install his windows on. His previous drive was a 4TB Seagate HDD. We cleaned the whole pc because he wanted to do a fresh install of his whole pc. When we now try to install windows 10 from a boot USB, it will install all the files, but when it then reboots to start windows it shows the message "reboot and select proper boot device". We did take the usb out and the boot priorities should be correct. I've checked the bios and we've tried about every setting but nothing seems to work. Also cleared the CMOS but that didn't work either. He has a Intel 7700K with an Gigabyte z270x Gaming Ultra MB. Would really appreciate some help with getting his windows to boot.

  8. Hi guys, I'm having an issue with my newly built pc. When I start the computer it says: reboot and select proper boot device. The boot order in the bios should be correct and it only happens when I start the pc after it's been turned off for a while. When I reboot after this error it boots just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
  9. I'm going to buy a new monitor but am struggeling to choose between these 3. Dell S3220DGF AOC CQ32G1 ASUS TUF VG32VQ any advice?
  10. So I've manually clocked my ram to 3200 mhz and all the problems are now gone. I've done a memtest86 and there are no errors. I think I'm just going to keep it like this and I might improve the timings a bit. Thanks for the help everyone
  11. Thanks for the help, when I have time i will try the above
  12. I've tried this by upping the voltage in steps of 10. But I get a blue screen with every try up to 1.45V. It says: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR.
  13. Hi, I think I have an issue with my memory. When I activate the default XMP profile in the bios for my memory most of my games will start to crash mid game. When I disable XMP there are no problems whatsoever. I have no experience with overclocking and I don't want to change the memory timings. I just want it to run stable at the 3600mhz. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance! My specs: Ryzen 5 3600X MSI B450 tomohawk max GTX 1660 Super G.Skill DDR4 Ripjaws-V 2x8GB 3600MHz - [F4-3600C19D-16GVRB]
