One more question Do SSD last as long as HDD because i would like it to last longer then faster file speed.

I am making a pc in the near future and my bugget is $3,440.95 US dollars. I am not sure about what the other stuff in the build is but i want AT less 2tb of storage and should i get two 1tb drives or 1 2tb drives (yes i know that's a dumb question but i am still asking it) and would a small SSD be a good thing to get also?
