  1. Thanks for your response, that really sucks. I'd forgotten to mention I already tried the ram test though one "stick" is soldered to the motherboard so that could be the issue perhaps.
  2. I have been offered an Asus Zephryus G14 GA401IU.220 2021 for a lower price by my brother with the caviat that it keeps crashing. I'm currently using it as my main computer while I try to fix it but am coming up empty handed. I suspect it is a hardware issue at this point. It's worth noting my brother was running a linux distro where as I am running a fresh windows 11 install but both are giving the same issue. He said when he first purchased the laptop it did not have this issue The device is BSODing or just freezing (requiring a reboot to fix) seemingly at random usually once or twice a day over a 12 or so hour use period. I have included some dump files which I believe suggest an AMD driver issue, however I have updated the chipset driver directly from Asus' website (as well as pretty much every other major driver) and this hasn't helped. I've also tried updating the BIOS, and ran Windows' RAM check tool. I am currently running driver verifier and am waiting on it to crash once more to make 3 times. Yesterday it green screened which is a first for me, but it was a completely blank screen and no dump file was generated. I think that suggests an issue with video drivers? A google search also seemed to suggest that meant I was part of the windows insider program but I am not. Finally, though I have not tested this myself yet, my brother said he only experienced the issue when the device was not running on battery and was plugged in. He seemed to think the issue was happening sometimes when Windows swapped between the onboard graphics and the dedicated GPU. dump files I have tried running perfmon /report but it just stays stuck on "collecting data for 60 seconds" System info: Windows 11 Home x64 10.0.22621 downloaded using Microsoft media generation tool System is a laptop from 2021 by Asus Model: Asus Zephryus G14 GA401IU.220 AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS with Radeon graphics Nvidia GeForce GTX 1160 Ti Hopefully I haven't forgotten something and someone here can help, thanks in advance!
  3. Ah so would it be 18-18-18-18-36 and tRC 54? I have no idea what these timings actually do so I don't now if there are any consequences of messing them up, hence my extra precaution haha And yes I do Will try this now
  4. If I set it to 1.35 (or 1.1350) it just goes red, and as soon as I click off it resets back to 1.2 Are these the ones I should change? i did try this, and while it does seem to boot on the 4th attempt, it says the ram is still running at 1067 (thats with every setting set to Auto)
  5. Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB at 2666MHz ASROCK AB350M Pro4
  6. Hi, I'm a bit unsure about what to set the voltage to for my xmp profile. I have 2x 8GB ddr4 2666MHz memory, but according to Task Manager, it is only running at 1067MHz. I enabled XMP, however if i leave the frequency on "Auto", it still only appears to be running at 1067MHz. I changed the setting to DDR4 2666, however it would just bootloop. I tried setting the DRAM Voltage to "Auto", but it still appears to only be running at 1067MHz. Thanks in advance if you can help!
  7. The main functionality of the UPS does work, yes
  8. I tried several of the different software versions, but none of them seemed to be able to see the UPS. When I connect the UPS, windows makes the usb connection sound however I cannot see it in device manager. the APC ups that I use for my PC shows up under "Batteries" but the Zigor doesn't. I also tried unplugging my APC Ups to make sure that wasn't interfering in any way, but that didn't help
  9. Thanks, will give it a go tomorrow
  10. The software asks for a PRTK code, of which I cannot find any codes on the UPS that seem to work EDIT: Just to be sure, thats the only label on the UPS.
  11. Somehow that never occured to me lmao, I sent them a message a few hours ago so we will see ig
  12. When we got it, I plugged it in and nothing exactly happened, nor did it show any device or anything
  13. My dad reccently bought an old second hand UPS, a "Zigor Danubio 1600". While the online documentation says it comes with software I haven't been able to find anything on google. Is anyone able to shed light on some?
