I have designed and simulated a water block for CPU passive cooling and i want to built it also but i am not sure about the material that is going to be in touch the IHS. I know that copper is one of the best material for thermal conductivity and in fact is too much for what thermal pastes can handle, but is there any copper alloy or aluminum alloy i should buy to avoid any electricity leak? Also what about a GPU?
I hope you can understand my question because i don't think i know the right words to describe it.
