  1. Hi, I have the same Mobo and Debug LEDs are very useful in such a case but if you are getting different LEDs at different times, it seems like the Motherboard could be at fault. Best case scenario would be to take the whole system to the shop you bought it from, but in case that is not possible, I would go for replacing the mobo at first and if possible try to troubleshoot the rest of the components at say, a friend's pc.
  2. I have a B450 Gaming Plus MAX and I'm facing the same issue. I have not been able to set the lights separately till now using the Dragon centre. I can confirm that both the RGB headers are not independent of each other.
  3. Thanks, yeah I'm looking into custom cables but the options I've found here are at least 50 dollars or so. Will wait to see if i can find a better option. in this budget I would rather upgrade the whole PSU. Actually the front panel is all plastic with just some mesh intake at top and bottom corner. I have a single fan up front but it can hardly pull anything substantial. GPU temps are actually pretty good. stays under 70 in gaming, but the CPU does hit 85-90 when i tried synthetics at 4.1-4.2ghz. It improves only by 2-3 degrees with front panel off. So I'm not running any OC for now. Clearly I need a decent cooler for this job. Looking at the Deepcool Gammax GTE-V2. Its about 30 USD here. What do you guys suggest?
  4. You can easily go upto 2070 super/5700 xt level without worrying about bottlenecking. infact even 2080 super would get you big gains but you may come not benefit as much as it could over a 2070S
  5. Update: Added Antec Spark RGB fans to it. Was not able to find decent ones when i built it. Great airflow and looks good too.

    Any opinions

Great case and fans. I see you also put an RGB amd cooler. Its a very cool system ,too cool for its specs. (Pun Intended).
  7. Guys I'm sorry I didn't know you were kidding. GNexus and Hardware Unboxed have a whole video about 3500X which is basicallly the same (just with more Cache).
  8. Yes, great catch. I was actually looking for an 8 x 2 kit but the seller got the order mixed up, but given the difficulty in getting the parts these days; I've just accepted it. Will add another 16gb stick when i have the budget and feel the need Its a 6 core/6thread Zen2 part. The cache is also half at 16mb. Its an Asia specific SKU and I guess in other markets its available to OEMs. Basically Single thread performance is great. Turbos to 4.1GHz( base is 3.6), but multi core is so-so since it lacks SMT. Good enough for 125 USD new here. The 3600 is 50 percent more here and No 1600AF was sold in India.
  9. Thanks for the welcome. Long time video watcher....He finally got me. Actually i keep the lights off mostly. But needed a good photo
  10. The lockdown has finally prompted me to make my gaming tower finally. Ryzen 5 3500 MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX Inno3D GTX 1060 6GB 16 GB 3200 Mhz G.Skill Ripjaws 240GB WD SSD 2TB HDD WD Blue Corsair Carbide 175R Corsair VS450. I'm in India. The whole build cost me 52k INR (around 675 USD). I tried for a better PSU but lockdown limited my options available. Went with the 1060 6gb over the same price 1650 super for its higher VRAM. Forza easily takes 4.5GB in 1440p ultra. 4GB is pretty limited for future games IMO connected it to my 4K HDR tv from TCL. Works well to play Forza in HDR. Can do 1440p at 50-60 fps. Using Logitech K830 living room keyboard and ANT esports game controller.
