  1. that's true, I thought it over a bit and came to the same conclusion. It's also possible they'll release "super" editions again and could possibly mess with pricing again. So yeah i agree it's probably best to see what happens after Big Navi
  2. Alright sweet, then Sept 17th I'm ready for you lol
  3. Hey everyone, as I'm sure we all know by now, the RTX 3000 series is on it's way this month. I was thinking about getting one of these new cards, but wasn't sure if i was going to end up bottlenecking my system. So i figured there may be a need for a thread for those to get advice for upgrading. Thank you for any insight provided and I apologize if a thread like this is already made. Here are my specs; Intel Core i7-9700K RTX 2080 32GB G.Skill Ram (4x8) 4TB IronWolf Pro 512GB XPG NvME M.2 SSD Intel Z-390 A-PRO Motherboard EVGA 750w GQ PSU PCI-E Tiergrade Superspeed 7 Port USB 3.0 Expansion card The cards I was looking at is the RTX 3080 mainly, but if it would make better sense to use the RTX 3070 with what I have I would like to know what I would need to change to reach the RTX 3080, and if it would require a full rebuild then I would point it towards the RTX 3090 for the next one. But the RTX 3080 would be sufficient for what I would like to do. I usually game and stream on a 28 inch 4K 60Hz monitor, while running another 28 inch 4K 30Hz monitor on the side. The 2080 I have can handle this but alot of times is starting to get overwhelmed, more so than I would like.
  4. I know, I was late to the party, really late.. but I'm here now! My first linus video was I know, i know. I had already gathered some knowledge on PC building before i got into linus but I've been watching ever since i came across the channel. Also, If you're on youtube.com go to the right hand side of your screen, and click your channel, you should find this tab https://gyazo.com/9c6a391508f2fa2e67bff882000a78b9 Next, you go to the left hand side of your screen and click history https://gyazo.com/50b800a3509fb99edc5857467e041652 There you can search "linus" and find your video, not sure if it holds the earliest record, but that's how i found mine, although i only started watching earlier this year.
  5. Hey hey everyone, I just wanted to make this thread to get an overall comparison of other builds and their benchmark specs. From low to high, overclocked or not, and see how they score. Not looking for anything in particular. Here you can show off your PCs performance aswell as its aesthetics. My system specs Intel Core i7-9700K @4.7Ghz - 4.9Ghz(For gaming.)
