No I don't have any diagnostic leds

Could it be the motherboard?

Pc doesn't even boot when I change gpu to a different one, the other one is a nvida gpu could that be a problem

I put the gpu in another pc that I had and that pc didn't boot. Is the gpu the problem?

How would that work when i was using the computer before?

CPU: i7-2700K 4.2GHz GPU: XFX R7970 3gb RAM: 16GB PSU: 750w MB: Msi MS-7681

I was playing a game then my pc crashed and I restarted my pc like nothing. The fans spun up and nothing happend on the screen. I have tried to reseat the gpu and ram, disconnected all cables and reconnected and still nothing. I changed the psu and that did not help. When I changed the gpu it booted to a black screen with the text B2 in the bottom right corner. All help is appreciated.
