Here is what I ended up with.
Corsair 4000D airflow outfitted with Noctua Redux 2x140mm (front) and 1x120mm (rear)
    Corsair RM750X 750w
ROG Strix B760-F (really hoping RGB accents can be switched off)
Corsair Vengeance 2x48GB 5600 CL40 (picked from MB memory supported list)
    i7-13700k
    Noctua NH-D15S black version
    Crucial P5 Plus 1tb
    RTX A4000

Not the most bang for the buck system but still, should be fine?
    I will update with pictures

    Your current build would work.

I'd personally go with 13600K/13500 for more cores and more multi-tasking fun. Especially for CAD work, since you probably have a bunch of stuff running while using inventor/autocad (at least I do personally XD)

The NH-U12S is not optimal for the 7700X. Something like the AK500 or AK620 are reasonably priced and will do a better cooling job.

I'd suggest an i7-13700(F) with a B760 motherboard or an i7-13700K(F) on a Z790 motherboard. CPU cooler could be one of the ones mentioned in the previous paragraph.

The 850W PSU is far more capacity than needed. A 650W model is sufficient, even for an A4500.

The two stock fans should be sufficient for the build. Adding PWM fans may allow for quieter operation.

Thanks. This setup gives me some foundation in case i'd want to go with an higher performance build further down the line.

Thanks. Best of all the system is silent, i can hear a faint airflow but that's it. Granted it's not very packed in there but still, i'm happy.
