yes i updated the bios

So i’m new and I just built my pc and its boots up and everything but every few minutes or so it loses HDMI signal. I noticed that the CPU and VGA Red LED lights turn on and off when it happens. I have switched the HDMI cords as well as trying the pc on my TV. Same thing happened. I also reseated the GPU. Can someone suggest how to fix it? GPU: MSI Gaming X Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Super Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

Budget (including currency): Country: Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): okay so i’ve been having a problem with my monitor losing hdmi signal after a few minutes or so while using my pc. i thought it was the monitor at first so i switched to my tv and had the same problem. i then switched out the hdmi cables and the same thing too. i did notice that the red LED light labeled VGA would turn on everytime i would lose signal. idk how to fix it can someone help? specs: MSI Gaming X Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Super MSI B450 Tomahawk Max Ryzen 5 3600
