We need more specs than just the model name.
Also yes it can technically be upgraded but the bios limits what gpu's it can accept a lot and mxm cards are really expensive.

Wel... It depends on the specs it has and the chance of it working. There is nothing really wrong with that, but the price seems a bit unreasonable to me. I would suggest negotiation, since if you are buying old hardware, then buy it for the price it really deserves.
