    i would change the gpu to Asus Radeon RX 570 8 GB for 150$

    why not both? exchange them on ebay or any website for the ones you want and add some money on top of them, maybe this get 4*8 ram sticks for the future.

    you can get a gaming laptop with upgradable cpu (because they are using a desktop cpu) but never a notebook.

    true, but its a 50$ more expensive than the rx 580 and also its 6gb not 8 for that 50$ he can get a ryzen 5 3600 on ebay (used of course).

    i would say, about 10 mbps is enough for one device with no buffering, so 3 devices at least 30 mpbs but look at higher speeds prices, if its really low between 30 and lets say 50, get 50 in case in the future there would be more devices.

    if you don't have any bottleneck from the cpu then there's no need to upgrade but if you do, go for a ryzen 5 3600/3600x at least (they are both cheaper that yours) or if you don't like amd go for an i7 7900k

    you're not alone buddy, i too wish to play many games that have been available for years now but my financial status is the holding me back and 100% sure thats the same story with millions.

    judging by the specs of your pc, i would say that you're doing better than me, i have an intel core duo, same ram as you, a very old LG monitor, the case, the mouse and the keyboard are from a company i never heard off and most def they don't exist anymore. no need to concern your self if you belong to this PCMR crap, enjoy yourself cause thats what matter most, not what others think of your pc.

    if i were you i would get a ryzen 5 3600, and 3200 or 3600 mhz ram (2x8 should be enough for now).
