ive been getting some really weird pictures of my apps after reinstalling a new NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super.
I've done a hard reset and also used ddu properly before installing the new gpu. sometimes it disappears. Its been bugging me though so I'm hoping to get some help.

I also Updated BIOS and i actually lost frames from my GPU on all games.
other specs: Ryzen 7 1700 (stock cooler) MSI B350 Tomohawk 16g Ripjaws 32000 NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super
