There wasn't any weird installed programs or anything but now my computer is begining to shut down just randomly and then I can't reboot for about 10 seconds

No i don't see the BIOS/UEFI the screen only goes black but I will check the memory banks

Hello! My computer is running fine untill i leave it idle for some minutes, nothing happens until I start moving my mouse. What happens is that my pc turns off then on instatntly. But my screen is black and my keyboard and mouse is not working the only thing that's running is my cpu and fans I think. I've had this problems for 2 weeks now I think and I can't seem to find the problem. Is there any soloution to this problem?
