as I said, it's the monitor's fault, and I never said I fixed it, I said I got it fixed as a solution of waiting.

cable is fine, tried it on my xbox aswell and it was fine, had a cable before and it was the same, the issue is that now it's back because I overclocked my monitor, I thought I got rid of this issue forever.

Hello, my name is Jonathan and I overclocked my monitor from 60hz to 75hz, everything worked fine, no heat or pixel issues, until I turned off and on the monitor and I had a few seconds of no issues but then in an instance my monitor froze and it all became pixels, I tried turning off and on the monitor again, same thing, until I turned off and on like 10 times and then everything worked fine, thought it's the end of this issue but nope, until the next turn off and on, same thing happened again, so it started from overclocking my monitor, but I had this issue before when I got this monitor for like a month even though it was on it's normal refresh rate (60hz), so i'm wondering if there's a fix for it? or should I wait and see if it will be fixed like the problem I had when I bought this monitor at the beginning? or it's better to stop the overclocking right now? The Monitor I Am Using: Samsung S27F350

I'm Usually Getting 90 to 102mbps download speed even though the maximum i'm supposed to be getting is 100mbps, I get 2mbps upload speed and I'm supposed to be getting 2mbps upload speed at maximum, so yeah everything works fine but the ping is pretty high, also the network provider finally answered on phone after like an hour (takes time because of the Coronavirus there aren't many people working there now) and he told me all the solutions remotely and I tried them all but then he thought maybe it's something on the network provider's end so he checked it out and apparently it doesn't work in our street because of some light bolt that hit something important of the network outside our street, so basically the ping isn't working properly in our street for now, but the guy on the phone said it might be fixed in 2 days, but thanks everyone who tried to help me and I really appreciate y'all for trying to help me out

I did the reset, nothing changed, gonna call the network provider and see if there's a solution to this remotely.

so I ran the speedtest.net you were talking about and this is the result https://www.speedtest.net/result/9141625971 and the packetlosstest.com sent me to a website about the packet loss but I needed to set some settings I don't know about them to make an accurate test, so I just didn't test this one, i'm gonna try the CMD you were talkin' about but first i'm gonna call the network provider and see if they can recognize the problem themself, i'll update if anything happens.

Hello, My Name Is Jonathan and i'm having a network issue, I live in the EU and I recently I started having like 1000MS in overwatch, minecraft, fortnite, in shortcut - every online game, and I checked maybe somehow my server switched in those games but nope, still EU and I switched to America on overwatch and I got 200 ping, which is much better but still not the playable ping (for me atleast) and how is it possible that I get less ping in the other region, and idk if it's something with my network or not but I checked on https://gameserverping.com/overwatch and my MS on EU West Is 60MS and on EU North About 60MS so I am wondering why when I play the game the MS is so high but when I check through some websites on many games, I get a normal MS (the one I had before it started which is about 40-80 ping) it started like a few days, if ur wondering what is the Network's (the network provider) Name, It is called "Partner" In Israel. never had this before and I am using this network provider for like a year now. please help me since the coronavirus is in my country and is spreading pretty rapidly I got nothing to do but I need to stay home.
