When will ryzen 4000 come out, and I know the 1070ti wont last, but I'd like CPU and Ram that will last.

Current specs : Ryzen 5 1600 Gtx 1070ti strix 16ram 3600mhz Antec neo eco modular 550w GA-AB350M-D3H SSD 120gb HDD1tb I want to upgrade my CPU, and RAM. Possibly Motherboard if needed (for Ram and Cpu to run optimally). I want to play games on 144fps stable, I play them on lowest settings, with current pc cant get 144 for some reason (R6S 100-110 fps, Apex 90-100, etc...). Budget : 400-500$, prefer to use less but best performence. Edit : I want the upgrade to be good for a few good years if possible ^^, so in 4-5 years I'll be able to upgrade just the GPU or something

Current specs : R5 1600 16ram 2400hz gtx 1070ti Antec neo eco modular 550w GA-AB350m-d3h want to upgrade to have stable or more 144fps on competetive games lowest settings, seems like cant achieve it on current pc. Possible upgrade : From R5 1600 to 3600 and changing ram to 16GB 3600mhz (my current 2 ram sticks cant be OC'd cuz they're from different manufactures and stuff... do I need a better motherboard?
