One Pc is made of parts I had in my previous pc and all the parts worked yesterday so the PSU/mobo aren't defective. I checked the connectors (if you can tell me what to check so I recheck again), and when I press the power up button, the fans on the Pc make barely a spin, no sound at all from the pc, no beeps, just the fans made half a spin, even less, and than no matter how many times I press they wont even spin until I turn the power switch on the psu off, take out its power, plug it back in, turn on the switch, press power button and than fans make half a spin again...

Today first time I built a pc (upgraded it but rebuilt everything cyz I got a case,cooler,mobo and cpu I checked and my 3600 runs even at 4ghz when doing barely anything on desktop and 4.2ghz max. Temps max reach 85c (in a short stress test like userbenchmark) and voltage is going maximum to 1.475v (even on desktop), why is that so? The cooler I got is Cooler master hyper 212 red And mobo is gigabyte b450 aorus m Case is Phanteks p300 white eclipse (no front fans, will get some tommorow)

Is it possibly the reason my cpu temp is like 81 and voltage 1.475 max?

Nope, gonna buy 2 tommorow cuz they didn't come with the case as I thought

Is it easy to fix? Should I just reattach the fans?

umm okay so basically, I signed up to this site using : Username, email, password. no credit cards or any bank info. what have I done in this site? well not much actually, I didn't download anything, but I did go to some mega links which I opened in the MEGA app on my phone and I've been watching mp4 vids (I didn't download them, cuz it was on MEGA which instantly opened them, but again, didn't download), other than that, nothing.... reading and that's all, no suspicous links or downloads.

Possible upgrade : Ryzen 5 3600 + arctic freezer 34 duo Msi b450m mortar Corsair 275r (stock fans) My goal is to have stable 120fps+ (better if 144) on mostly lowest settings 1080p on competetive fps games, I want the pc to be "safe" in terms of cooling and airflow, and to look good :3 Not gonna OC but it's always an option... Any other recommendations or I picked good stuff? People tell me I can stay with my Motherboard but idj I heard that the Cpu won't be able to use its whole potential and also something about VRM cooling....

Ryzen 5 1600 max voltage I had is 1.425v and temp is 65c. Idk why my voltage is changing itself since I play on stock settings, maybe because I put "High performence mode" on power settings? Why is my Voltage changing itself ^^ and it is alright? what is the max safe voltage? stock cooler btw

Running a GTX1070TI, what are the safe voltages and temps? I'm sitting on 65c and 1.070v max... is it alright? what is the max Voltage?

so in conclusion I need to get the chipset for the ryzen from the AMD site, and no need to install anything from MOBO site right? and is there such a thing as CPU drivers?
