Hey guys I want to know what is a suitable build for 2 monitors that is really cheap (maybe around $400, if possible) I'm not using it for gaming nor other graphic heavy programs, mostly web browsing and movies. I've got the keyboard and mouse covered, so I just need the internals and monitors. No real preference in brands, as long as it is reliable. Thanks.
