    It may also be that it is adjusting the brightness to the enviroment, or power available. it may just be windows being stupid

    yes you shouldve, if you dont know what it is, try and turn on the pc and see if anything is affected by it, or try and find a pc build comp which has that case and you may be able to see where it is used.

    this may be to stop over heating, to save power., or due to the fact that those two cores are most commonly used and so if they can do stuff quickly background tasks could do stuff a bit slower, it may also be the program your using, check that the program works properly, and make sure you have the latest drivers, make sure your pc isn't on power saving mode, it may also be an error in how windows uses them, on my laptop if the cores get to hot, they lower performance so that may be happening, also check cooling.

    It may be the bit rate in discord, check that, otherwise like alex said Windows can sometimes be special and default the mic to some other and it aint easy, it also could affect if you are using a web browser or your internet connection, check thoses and bit rate.

    yeah i have a dell inpiron 15 from like 5 years ago but i use that for when i want to move stuff around or display stuff on the go.

    This may be because of a cable, or that the mbu is broken, it may also be that the psu is unable to deliver the power required to turn on (can happen sometimes) try and test with another psu if possible or some other cables

    I have a laptop i like but i wish for the connectors,i wish to do gaming, study, youtube, video editing, 3d rendering, coding etc, as well as VM, The laptop i like (but the battery i am not a fan of) is the ROG-Zephyrus-G14.

    It may not be able to get a signal, try and diagnose the connection, otherwise check the drivers are updated fully, The wifi router where u are may be blocking it as well,

    it may be windows. Maybe try to re install windows fresh? also the power wont matter if there is too much. If its shutting down it may be something within windows, maybe try linux? if its running under low load it may be that your ram is capping out or that whatever you are running has errors and ends up crashing your computer. Try and reinstall windows, and see if that works, They tend to reboot if there is an error or something like that, you may also have a virus (troll one).

    What else is there running? i suggest you make a pc part picker list, see how much power your uses, subtract that from your power supplys delivery, and as long as u have about 40-50 watts u should be good

    I am not a fan of the xbox controller, i have smaller hands and i dont like the layout of the xbox controller, i understand it has some benefits but for me i have a ps4 as it is cheaper for me, and i can play with a lot of my friends, my one wish is for them to allow cross play on all games so i can play with my friends on all platforms.

    That does seem logical but i think that it may be also to allow some more space for specs inside, or just design, can find out when we can get our hands on it

    It doesnt alwasy matter about specs, it depends on how they use them as well, i could have a rtx2080ti and have it so it can only run at max 144p but u could have a gtx 720 and have it run at 1080p
