  1. Yeah ctrl + shift and scroll does't work. I'll see what I can find that's 3rd party, but I would like to have this integrated within Windows interface tho.
  2. Doesn't work. It just makes everything else bigger (see thumbs.db)
  3. Im going throught small 16x16 textures and im going blind trying to see them. Is there a way to make the previews bigger if the files are small? Windows 10.
  4. -Temperature (in Celsius) -Humidity -PM 2.5 meter No wireless features. I don't trust these Amazon devices. Anyone knows a trusted brand? Im from EU. Thanks
  5. No, it's not carpet. The floor is I think marble in english. And I don't understand from which angle it makes sense that i would come here to lie about how I get an electric buzz touching a computer. Im going to block people that thinks im lying because that is just dumb.
  6. The box is a magni 3, as far as I know it's made out of metal: It does not feel like plastic at all.
  7. Why the fck would this be "a BS thread". Anyway, how do I find what is causing this if it's a/some components? I think im just going to call an electrician to look at this whole clusterfck and find the solution.
  8. This is an appartment built in the 70's I think. It's probably not allowed if it's a problem, thing is, no one comes here to do electrical inspections appartment by appartment. All countries have old stuff like this but no one uploads a pic on the internet. Im moving soonTM from this old appartment so I haven't really bothered to get this sorted until I realized I was getting this buzz when touching the headphone knob, computer case or the laptop. The computer has 4000€ worth of components inside so im definitely interested in mitigating any risks. The socket thing, that wire goes into the triple power strip. The way I see it is that this triple power strip gets power from this cable. Im assuming whoever did this, ran out of sockets to plug stuff, so instead of buying a larger power strip, he used one that he already had around (the triple one) and connected it directly into the socket.
  9. It's not a shock, it's a constant buzz, not sure how to describe it exactly. I don't know wtf the person that was here before me did but there is indeed a cable that goes into the socket coming from that triple power strip. It is an appartment, not a house, so no idea how you would connect this room to earth. There is another room that has a socket that looks like the one connected to earth. This room sucks but it's the one im using and im not going to be moving all this stuff since I will be moving somewhere else in some months/a year.
  10. Hi, here's finally the pics: This includes all sockets (2) to be found in by bedroom. The second pic contains the socket where I plug the whole thing. The third pic contains the socket where I plug the bed lamp. It looks like trash but works. The interesting part is that as you can see on pic 2, the socket has a cable that goes directly into the box with the 3 sockets where i plug the air purifier, a speaker and the PSU. Not sure how this works or if relevant for this whole thing. Also, both sockets are flat, they aren't wired to earth. Another note is that as you can see, on top of my computer I have the headphone amp, the silver box, and it's unplugged, because like I said before, it gives me the buzz when I touch the volume knob. I can't also touch the laptop other than the keyboard because it's made out of metal. Any tips etc? I would like to be able to use my laptop on my desk.
  11. It's a wooden table. I'll take pics eventually, im busy for now.
  12. 2009, it's just weird that they don't show what's listed.
  13. Hi saw a game I want to buy and it's by this account that has 1000+ good feedback but when I click "Items for sale" its empty. Is this a problem or im good to go?
  14. Btw my laptop which has a metal surface also gives me this same electrocution buzz on my desktop.
  15. I forgot to say I want a Windows laptop. Budget around 3000€ max but if worth it I may spend more.
  16. How do I know which way its plugged? I'll take pics of the actual thing tomorrow.
  17. It's an appartment and my bedroom does not have a grounded socket. The appartment I think it's from the 70's, im from Spain. On the other bedroom there is a grounded socket but I can't move there.
  18. Anyone can recommend what are the best laptops? 3d animation and video editing (windows 10) while keeping it portable (17 inch too big for me, 15 ok) What should I buy? or should I wait because there is something great comming out soon? I have no idea about laptops, the one I have is an Asus NV53s so I haven't looked at the market since then.
  19. Has anyone tried both? I have been using QCK heavy (large, with 6mm thickness) for like 20 years with good results. However, I realized the paint on my table is scratched on the area where I rest my wrist. I thought getting the wide one would make sense since my wrist would rest on the pad, but the xxl is only 4mm thickness, and after 20 years I don't want want to get used to that. It may feel too stiff without the extra cushioning of the extra 2mm. Thoughts?
  20. I don't want to send samples so I have it disabled, yet, this damn notificatoin scares me since it gives you a yellow warning sign on the same icon that includes any security problems, so often I have to click on it to discard I want to enable it.
  21. This is a 40+ year old building so im not sure how I would get this done. I will try finding some rubber surface to at least be able to move the knobs on the headphone amp.
