  1. monitor and k+m included?
  2. hey mate, idk if you remember me... i helped fix ur build a couple months ago? anyways, i would try down clocking your memory to 3000mhz, and see if that helps... if it works that great, and you will only see like a 2% performance decrease. i agree with TigrH as well, try updating your bios
  3. if u want, go to a local CPU seller, or a place like free geek, and they might be able to help you out
  4. i would also try unplugging one ram stick, and see if that works. if not, try the other stick. It could be that one of your sticks could be dead
  5. i would run malware bytes and benchmarks actually to clear up ur system and make sure its functioning normally, and has no malicious software that could have caused this. (your error code said that a file/program might have a malicious program that windows cant identify).
  6. wait, before you start using ur pc willy nilly, i would run benchmarks and such, to make sure it doesn't crash
  7. i would try to clear your CMOS first. it sounds like a half dead motherboard, or BIOS. if its BIOS that could be bad, but clearing the CMOS might fix it. If not, your motherboard might have a bios flashback, where you can flash a old bios to see if that would work.
  8. could be a motherboard issue. your rocking a B450, which is a great budget board, but ive had one of them die randomly on me before.
