  1. Hello I cam considering buying a Antec Mercury M360, but before I do I would like to know Know if Antec is known to cover damage should the AIO leak. this is currently the only real reason holding me back from buying this AIO unless anyone else has any negative information about the cooler?
  2. Hello I am looking for recommendations In terms of brands that offer the best warranties I am aware corsair offers a brilliant warranty service and I am considering their Hydro series coolers. I would like to know what other brands offer a decent warranty service along with brands known to cover damage to other components should in the rare case it leaks. I have a budget of around £100 $116 I may be able to increase this budget in to coming days.
  3. Try and plug one ram stick at a time IE plug test remove plug the other stick in, do this across all the dimms .
  4. Try removing the ram and powering it up. see if you get a new beep error code
  5. If it's triggering OCD just use a marker pen solved
  6. The paper clip test is not really a complete test, have you checked the F panel is configured correct IE power button is in the correct set of pins?
  7. No worries selling will be fine just list spares or repairs ebay would be the best place Anyway I hope you get it sorted.
  8. It's may be possible to claim using paypal, you will have to ring them and ask them directly. with luck the seller will be honest about it as for being able to resell you sure can, people will buy it for the cooler mainly as for how much you would get for it I really cannot say, ID expect you won't get much above £50 for it
  9. Kind of would defeat the point of a laptop having everything externally when it's not needed, yes some laptops do have PCIE and have for years now it's know as MXM but it's just a PCI Express, variant designed for mobile applications of PCIe GPU's included.
  10. £145 is about the going rate for these cards fully working, seems like the seller has done you on this one, not surprised he has not replied. this is a physical hardware issue flashing wont fix this unfortunately.
  11. nviddmkm.sys BSOD is linked to the Nvidia drivers. The card is showing artifacts on the bios screen. unfortunately the card is pretty much dead, I hope you did not pay much for it. As for options ID either try and get your money back or cut your losses and put it on a shelf or bin it. there may be a possibility to revive it but it's a very long shot and is very unreliable. but sometimes yields good result and that's baking the card plenty of guides on youtube for this. first and foremost try and get your money back.
  12. Risky place to buy a GPU second hand no buyer protection does your computer BSOD when trying to boot normally?
  13. RIP, this is why I recommend avoiding GPU's this old not because of power, the 980TI is a decent card still, but mileage wise these cards are old now. where did you buy it? Does your computer BSOD when trying to boot normally ?
  14. Pull the NVME drive and see if everything returns to normal, you could also try loading optimized defaults. also do as suggested above BIOS update and trying another SATA port.
