    well then just buy 8320e and run it as is if you are worried, you can downvolt. but why worried, its 95w chip and the gpu draws hilariously small amount of power, some even run from PCI-e slot only like 40w while bitcoin mining lol

    What is your motherboard? If its not ud3 from gigabyte or better, i recommend FX-8320E and overclocking on stock voltage no it wont bottleneck. its like twice as fast in multithread.

    you still have good system. you can play skyrim and other good games no problem. you could save up for a year and go on Zen + Arctic Islands bandwagon or if you save up after haloween / christmas, you might get enought money for r9 380, cpu cooler and PSU
