  1. video here https://imgur.com/a/BbP5Vwi Hello, I live in Pakistan, had my sister buy it in UK and dhl me, i gave customs on it. So RMA is not possible plz don't suggest that. Its an alphacool 420 mm 45mm thick rad. Was loop testing when this clanking came, tolerated a bit then drained and took apart loop to solve this. What i have tried: Banging the rad Pouring pure synthetic white vinegar and let it sit on the affected area for more than 30 mins Flushed 4 hours straight this fucking rad before putting in loop. Now flushed some more. Apparently it seems as if it is stuck in one or two or maybe three tubes. The banging and clanking is real loud real noticeable. It comes near the right hand port in this pic, does not move from there.
  2. Hey man i did some more research and finally found out that radiator inlet or outlet does not matter, so I am good thanks bro. My issues been resolved.
  3. I will post pics with connectors ahen i get home. by the way, is it really necessary to maintain in and out ports on rads? I mean on blocks I understand but arnt rads all the same inside? If its not necessary then my work would be much easier cuz then i can reverse order on one rad and get a lot of space in return?
  4. Hey guys, New to all this, my hardline tube size is acrylic 12/16. I just finished attaching rads and fans to case. Firstly, as far as I know rads also have dedicated in and out ports and we should not exchange them, hence, in this pic is it even possible to connect rad2 out with rad3 in??? connectors not really working so wanna confirm if bending tube might work or if it will be totally impossible.
  5. Thanks. But these Are barrow, heres the link https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000778218668.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2b8e4c4derKmPU
  6. hey in the 8 hours since I posted I did various experiments and found that if I dont line the "collet" with the tube rather make it protrude half then it fits perfectly otherwise when i line it to the tube and then slide the tube into the base, the collet just moves up and if i take the base off i can see that the rubber has skid upwards
  7. Lol that perspective was all that needed for me to gain knowledge and wisdom about them o rings lmao now seriously wtf are they? Why hasnt anyone made a video of them?
  8. No i could only like fit one in so the other must be a spare, havent tested running water in them yet.
  9. Hey guys, First time watercooling. Ordered a bunch of parts from Aliexpress of Barrow and Bykski, received them and am now trying to attach compression fittings to the tubes. After reading guides and watching videos lol I have realized that either I have the wrong fittings or these are newer than all the guides. Anybody have experience with these? Are they good? They are requiring a lotttt of force to push the tube in or maybe I am just weak. Also, can i put an unevenly cut Acrylic Tube atleast without visible cracks in it since these o rings are Huge? Edit: these fittings are called Barrow tfykn2 compression fittings
  10. Hello, I opened this gpu today for some cleaning and reapplying thermal paste and I saw some burnt ash on the mosfets as well as it seems something is leaking..... I am not an expert so can you tell me what this is? I have circled the areas in question. 2080 ti msi aero
  11. But if only cooling is the issue does it matter if i wanna do custom watercooling anyway? how so?
  12. Hello, So for context, I am in Pakistan and here pc part availability is ultra rare right now. The ones that are available are stupidly over expensive right now (they are normally more expensive due to import tariffs but now even more). Also, I have never built a pc before but I am trying to build it for the first time. I found a guy who is selling this card at a Very Very good price. The thing is we are at the other end of the country so i can only receive this gpu through mail and I cannot physically check it. He sent these pics and claims that it was imported from CHINA and that it has Samsung Memory not Micron. Now I tried doing research on this model but found literally squat apart from the following: 1. It is listed on msi china website ; https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=zh-CN&u=https://cn.msi.com/graphics-card/geforce-rtx-2080-ti-aero-11g&prev=search 2. It is available for sale on some indian and european websites they dont have reviews, strangely I cant access any chinese review websites over google search The problem: I cannot find its reviews through google search as this product does not exist in the USA or even english speaking countries or atleast no one gave any english reviews about this model. Moreover, as i mentioned earlier, it came to my mind that since it can be a china exclusive product by MSI I should search for some chinese reviews that i can use translate on but weird enough there are no chinese results on google, so even if there are reviews I cant access them What I need help with: Since I don't know what the chip is by looking at it since I am not an expert on Gpu's Yet. I need you guys to check these images closely and give me some information on this card. Like is it even legit? and what can I ask him to do in order to verify I dunno thermals benchmarks or something? Also, what pcb is this if its real? is it reference? can i custom watercool it (i wanna go with custom watercooling for my build because its hot in my country)? Thankyou for your time guys.
