But here are some decent-cheap coolers:
- Alpenföhn Ben Nevis Advanced, Alpenföhn Brocken Eco Advanced, even the ultra-smallish Alpenföhn Ben Nevis is a vast improvement over stock stealth.
- ID Cooling SE 214X, SE 213V2 (same as Alpenföhn Ben Nevis Advanced& Ben nevis, though with a noisier fan) ID Cooling SE 224XT, SE224 RGB..
- Arctic Freezer 34 series (E-sport has 10 years warranty..)
- SilentiumPC Fera 3, Fortis 3
All of these are very good& you can also opt for the snowman, if it's not urgent.
i found this on aliexpress (3 fans) is it good or no?

Why? Bought hundreds of times, received almost everything. Whenever failed or delayed to arrive, I got refund. Whenever product arrived damaged, I could get a refund. Perfectly safe to buy. What's putting you off?
Also: location-budget? Do you have access to Alpenföhn, Arctic or even SilentiumPC - ID cooling coolers?
60$ for a good cooler (i live in canada) and i dont know(i only know that i can buy arctic)

I got a budget aftermarket snowman cooler to try overclock further, stock heatsink was fine for stock settings and a slight overclock to 3.9ghz, I didn't try further it might be ok for 4ghz.
what were the temps

It's more than adequate for stock settings and a mild overclock.
what do you do with it?

Recently the Snowman M - T6 gained some popularity locally. One guy states, that he actually tried it after Brocken Eco Advanced, and the Snowman was more quiet and cooled better. I'm a bit skeptic though. If you can afford the waiting, you might want to check aliexpress for Snowman.
i dont trust aliexpress or other chinese brand...
should i trust them or should i stay like that ?

I've got a 2700 & the stock cooler kept it around 55-63°c while gaming. I only ever did one cinebench run with that cooler, and the test was over before the cooler really got fully heat saturated so I'm not sure about big workloads.
Went to an Enermax ETS-T50 and I've yet to see it above 53°c. So you can see how well the stock cooler actually does vs something double it's size.
Yes but the 2600 and 2700 dont come with the same cooler

its meh, it will work okay if you dont push the cpu to 100% on a render or something like that, if you plan to OC or do any heavy tasks, i suggest getting a proper cooler
is the cooler master hyper 212 be rgb a good choice ?

3950x is overkill for 1440p
