This issue is completly resolved for me after changing my room....I live in Dubai UAE my new apartment is around 10 miles away from my old apartment...i used to face this issue in my case  No antialiasing whatsover across all my devices (PS4,Gaming PC,Mobile devices etc) ,shimmering,Low LOD.Distortion in shadows to name a few....now all my devices are running perfectly fine no issues observed till date.... resently bought PS5 and enjoying it....

I was living in sharjah UAE all my  Electronic Gadgets  including My phone mac Book PS4 Tablet were having Jagged edges. Recently my company Transferred me to Dubai Branch..as usual i was given a Flat i unpacked all my stuff and plugged all my cables and on the First boot it was the same disheartening  jagged edges from boot logo to desktop icons to games jagged Edges everywhere i use Lg 4k screen By the way...the second day Boom it vanished everything was sharp and LOD issues were also gone today its the 5th day everything is going smooth... 

After struggling with this issue for 4 years it finally got fixed.

It got fixed automatically....
