  1. Now that you all have spoken about, you've put some confidence in me to take up Python and have fun with the language itself. Thank you all for your kind words and the valuable time given. Much appreciated.
  2. So as per all the given advice, it seems that algorithms play a vital role. Is there any other programming languages(such as C, C++, Java, etc. which also acts like a base/root programming language) that need to be learnt along with algorithms, so that Python could be much easier to learn?
  3. Hello, My title says it all. Is there anything that I need to learn before I take up Python?
  4. Thank you all for your responses. Much appreciated Have a great day y'all ")
  5. Malwarebytes too? Doesn't the latter AV's do the job as Malwarebytes?
  6. Will definitely try both Kaspersky and Bitdefender. Btw is Kapsersky Cloud better than Kaspersky AV?
  7. I too use Windows Defender since Windows 10, but I need a proper antivirus for my cousins who doesn't even have an idea of what website they're visiting and what are they even downloading from those websites stating free games and stuff.
  8. I will never trust Avast over their controversies, so I think I should try Bitdefender. But is it free though?
  9. Is Bitdefender free? And yeah Avast has a lot of trust issues regarding recent data leaks.
  10. Yes I do also use defender which does do the job as long as you don't visit malicious websites.Actually it's for my cousins, who are not aware as to which website is malicious or not. They just go to some websites and download games, ads and stuff. So I don't want them to be infected in such a way that I have to clean install their Windows every time I visit their place. And besides I have lost faith in Avast after continuous data leaks.
  11. Can anyone suggest me a free alternative to Windows Defender which includes real time protection from infections and a little bit of internet security too. Not too many features is required. Thank you.
  12. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/ Look for 2000 series QVL since you have Ryzen 2700.
  13. I know he can run on dual. But what's the point when the OP have 32gigs of RAM in hand and get only 16 while having all the 4 DIMM's allotted? Also he states that while all 4 DIMM's are allotted the PC won't post!!!
  14. Your board supports quad channel but you are limited with only few to work on 2000 series CPU.
  15. Nvm, even if you buy 3200MHz 4x8GB sticks, it wouldn't work on your board since 3200MHz only supports 2 DIMM's. So I would suggest you to get 16GBx2 kits.
  16. So how are you planning to run 32GB of RAM on your board? Also can you post the link of the RAM's that you're going to buy so that I can suggest you if the RAM's would work? How are you overclocking though? From the software?
  17. As I said before dual channel would work with one new and one old each. But for a quad channel to work, you need identical RAM's to work. In your case only few(probably 2-3) 2400MHz Corsair RAM's work on quad channel and remaining works only on dual channel.
  18. Well I did see the QVL of your motherboard, only few Corsair RAM's support quad channel. So I highly suggest to match your part number in the QVL and see if it supports quad channel. https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX_B450_F_GAMING/Memory_QVL_AMD_Ryzen_2000_Series_Processors_B450_4DIMM.pdf
  19. Make sure to check the Qualified Vendors List of your motherboard, find your part number and see if it supports quad or dual channel.
  20. Most motherboards shipped should have the latest BIOS installed. If not, then it's definitely the newest release from the manufacturer.
  21. Yeah its running everything on stock, no changes made in the BIOS. When the boost hits to 4.118GHz, the vcore bumps to 1.42v. And dips to stock speeds ranging from 3.5 to 3.8GHz while throttled. This is why I am confused and concerned about. Pretty high vcore and thermal throttling under load for about 10-15mins of stress test and temps reaching to about 64c. So I thought of undervolting the CPU, but there seems to have no option to do it in the BIOS. There's only option to increase the voltage over stock for the core, ht and mem. What are my options here? I'm pretty confused.
  22. Anything under 1.4V under stress test would be sufficient?
