BobIsGaming's Achievements

  1. Hey guys, I was wondering if there's a stand out there that can hold my two 27" and 34" in this configuration: Cheers!
  2. It's mainly for just Photoshop, can't really game on my SP3
  3. I need a mouse for my Surface Pro 3 that uses bluetooth only, no usb dongles or wire, preferably a gaming mouse (because they feel nice and i have $ to spend...) Reason is because the SP3 only has one USB port and I use it to connect my dslr to it already
  4. I'd definitely recommend the Acer H236HLBID. It has a strong enough base to tilt the screen without the base moving with it (this happened to the AOC I2367FH I had.) Plus, an HDMI and a DVI was enough for me. The lowest I've seen these babies are ~$130 PCPartPicker Amazon Newegg Best Buy
  5. Can u stack more than one moving coupon? EDIT: Nvm, 1 per customer I might just give them all my money and get a MSI GS60
  6. Do I go into the post office and just ask them for a movers kit?
  7. You're right, what would laptop and tablet would u recommend for a $1300 budget. I have a nexus 7 2013 but it's eh.
  8. Not touch though, right? Touch does play a role for taking economic graph notes
  9. Hello. I'm looking for a laptop that is good for me (obviously.) Preferences: -Thin -Light -$1300 and less -Good touchpad -Smaller is better -Touchscreen matte 1080p+ IPS (see others) -Ram does play a role but 8 is good -Best Buy (reasons below.) Don't matter: -Storage space (I just built my NAS) My freshman year of college, I was dragging a G75VX then I recently moved on to the G750JM (<-- horrible experience), then I got the Q502LA from Asus. It's a 2-in-1 but I just dont really like it. The touchpad is horrible even with it set on to no delay and the keyboard...lol. They keys are silver and the backlit color is white. I can't barely see my keys indoors, even with the backlit off. So the reasoning why I have to get a laptop at Best Buy is because of the in-store gift card I have from them from previous reasons. It's like $1003 and I'm willing to get something good but I just feel like the community can help me get that. So far: Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro (BB has a $150 off for this baby with a college student coupon) Dell Inspiron 15 Acer Aspire S7 (It's $1600 but they can price match Amazon and make it go down to ~$1100) Others: I know how to replace a laptop screen, but not a touch one. Is there a way to just get a glossy touchscreen then replace with a matte screen? (No "anti-glare" screen protector crap, unless there is a really really really really really good one. I rather just buy a matte screen from laptopscreen.com if it can be replaceable with touch being allowed.) Thanks
  10. U think it's ok to downgrade the CPU to a Pentium? It seems to have the same specs with no hyperthreading which i can imagine that to be useless for a basic NAS
  11. So what benefits would a Xeon do that the i3 can't in terms of just transferring files, storing files, and copying files?
