    I mean if its not to much of a hassle and you can confirm that you are getting one with the updated Vbios i see no reason not to?

    it might make a small difference as ryzen likes fast memory but really it won't be that significant, but its easy so you try it anyway just for that little extra bit.

    Check that the GPU fan cables that are underneath the fans aren't coming loose and hitting the fan

    Yeah like Genexis said check the ram usage, The old laptop i used for school that had like 4 gb of ram would do something similar if i used up the ram with like, chrome tabs
