Hey everyone. I wanted to ask you that if a power supply gets damaged by lightning, how long does cooler master take to replace it? I'm not here to discuss whether it's in warranty or not. Just want to know how long they take to get it done. I live in Mumbai, India. Thank you.

I fixed the issue by removing the ram and re-attaching them and I still don't understand what the in the world wasn't working. But, I still don't understand why I can't boot into the bios with my SSD (gigabyte 120gb with windows 10) and HDD attached? Although I can boot into Windows fine. I don't know how I thought my ram slot died, but now it's not dead. Any idea how all this may have happened? And any idea on the bios thingy (starting up without hdd and SSD) -

I'm using the 550W MWE White. And how am I suppose to remove everything since all the cables are tied together with zip ties? One of my friends while assisting me in building it did a pretty good job at cable management. -

Checked all the cables and they are secured well, and there is no wire touching the back of my motherboard. It's not showing anything when I detatched my SSD and HDD too. They both are secured too. It actually booted once in between, but for some reason my USB ports were not working. My controller light wasn't lighting up when I connected it through USB and my mouse and keyboard weren't working either. -

I don't think anything like that could've happened. -
Hey guys. So my back panel (the one which hides all the cables) wasn't attached properly, so I removed and placed it correctly by moving a few cables here and there. The moment I put it back on, it wouldn't boot and there is no display output either. Everything seems to be working fine since all the fans and motherboard lights are working fine. I don't know what is causing this issue since I haven't even done anything wrong. I would appreciate your help. Hey guys. So I decided to install Mac OS X catalina on my PC but after installing I learnt that the RTX 2060 is not supported so I deleted the partition in which Mac os x was installed (my entire hard drive). Then in order to remove the EFI partition, I booted up linux and deleted it using GParted. After doing so, I can by default boot into Windows 10, but can't boot into bios. It always shows a black screen everytime I try to do so. I tried resetting CMOS twice, with no luck. Please help me, I need to change a few settings in my BIOS asap. Thanks in advance. Okay so I took your advice and undervolted my CPU to 1.2v with an offset of 0.1v and overclocked it to 3.9GHz. I'm now seeing temperatures come down to about 77-78 max and it is pretty stable here. I don't understand LLC much, so I don't want to fidget with something I don't know at the back of my hand, so I think I'll avoid that and should I get the voltage down a little more??- 21 replies

Hey man. So I have set VDDCR CPU Voltage to 1.1 with an offset of 0.05 and it seems to be stable, but when running Cinebench R20, the individual cores are eating up about 1.4v, in multi threaded about 1.3v, single threaded about 1.35v. When running multi-threaded cinebench test, my temps are going upto 83° and on single core, 65°. One more thing, my RAM was also set to 1.35v by the OC Tuner which now I have set to 1.34v.- 21 replies

Tried that already. But my chip boosts only upto 3.84 on all cores. I'm not being able to achieve 4.2 even on any one of those cores.- 21 replies
