I tried everything I could think of like resetting bios and stuff but still, no post

So history, I accidentally bumped my feet to the pc and it shut down by itself, and I tried turning it on again but it wont post anything this time, the msi ez debug led has both the cpu and dram lights on, its not interhcnaging between the two but the two lights are just on, I tried reseating the ram and tried to reset cmos battery(but I think cmos battery doesnt help but I tried it anyway), and also I tried to turn off the power supply switch and turned on the power button so the remaining charge was dissipated but still, no luck, pls help....

Do you know what the switch at the back of the PSU does...? It physically disconnects the PSU from the mains. It does the same thing, but keeps the PC still grounded.
oh okay thanks man

THANKS EVERYONE, NOW I CAN FINALLY ENJOY MY NEW CPU, YESSSS
-
So my only question is, If I want to upgrade my CPU should I unplug the power supply or not, or should I turn off the switch of the power supply before putting the new cpu? and then boot it up?

Maybe your board doesn't have the chipset it's looking for.
Never try to force a bios update, it will always end in more problems.
What I'd suggest is make sure you have a FAT32 flash drive and the file is on the root of the drive with no other files.
On other OEM systems (eg dell, hp, etc) usually their BIOS's actually mount the FAT32 drive, but there will be UEFI GPT formatted and MBR partition table. If it's a MBR partition table it should always be able to read it.
pls reply

oh okay thanks bro, but what chipset are they looking for anyway?

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/A320M-PRO-E#support-cpu it should since the update to added support for that chip was 7A36vH0, and earlier version.
It should. I don't see why they would drop it.
pls reply

That is very possible. Have the new cpu on hand before you update.

so I will just get the latest bios for my motherboard in the manufacturer's website like this 7A36vI1 and then it will be compatible right?
-
Thanks..so let's go step by step.
1. I will get the ryzen 3 3100
2. I will update my BIOS
3. remove my old cpu A8 9600
4. install ryzen 3 3100
5. finished

I have been looking for an answer everywhere I went to the manufacturer's website forums and there is no answer. I want to ask if the AMD RYZEN 3 3100 would work on a MSI A320M PRO-E MOTHERBOARD, for now I have an AMD A8-9600 and a GTX 1050 TI, I have the BIOS version E7A36AMS.H00. the latest version of this motherboard is 7A36vI1, I havent updated yet because I dont know if this bios version dropped the A-series, pls help me....
