So my only question is, If I want to upgrade my CPU should I unplug the power supply or not, or should I turn off the switch of the power supply before putting the new cpu? and then boot it up?

so I want to update my bios for a new cpu but, when I updated to the BETA version of it I cant update to the latest one its said the message, Bios does not exist, but I already downloaded the right bios and my cpu perfectly supports it, I use fat32 and not NTFS
