Ryzen 5 5600G draw 74 watt in full load

I am currently using Ryzen 3 4350G. This processor has 4 core and 8 threads because of the 4 core I get lagged in davinc and get a very few low FPS in some games in high/low settings I saw the comparison and it show that Ryzen 5 2600 is better in most of case but it has one small problem Ryzen 5 2600 don't support 3200 Mhz Ram so what should I do should I upgrade it or don't ?? update: *I also saw that it can give 3.70 Ghz while full load on all core and Ryzen 3 4350G can give 4.0 Ghz to all core * Ryzen 4350G has 51Gb/s memory bandwidth and Ryzen 5 2600 has 46.9 GB/s memory bandwidth I have GTX 1060 6GB I brought the G series processor because it is hard to get a decent graphics card in my City incase my GPU is dead

Because of tight budget I was thinking to get MSI B450M-A PRO MAX AMD AM4 Motherboard but I was worrying so I am thinking of GIGABYTE B450M DS3H WIFI AM4 AMD Micro ATX Motherboard also

almost all AMD motherboard can easily run Ryzen 5 5600G processor but Ryzen 5 5600G is 6 core processor and max boost is 5Ghz so question is the Motherboard that has no Vram heat sink is ok with this processor or it can damage the motherboard ?

I am currently using GTX 1060 6GB after changing the thermal paste my temperature decrease a lot and the temperature is ok but should I should change the thermal pad that is used in the Vram ?

if I disable HDD on the BIOS will it work or I have to unplug the whole HDD ?

Yes I install windows in the SSD when the HDD was plug on

I have install windows on my 120GB SSD but if I unplug my old 160GB HDD windows doesn't boot and says that insert a disc of bootable pendrive but if I plug the old HDD again it works fine. How can I change the windows boot manager without reinstalling windows.

I am planing to upgrade to Ryzen 3 4350G to Ryzen 5 5600G and I get to know that Ryzen 5 5600G is very much hotter and I need to get a aftermarket cooler. the cheapest and effective cooler is AG200 and it is weight is 300 gm. low profile cooler is little expensive. So now the question is if I use AG200 and I take the case with me and travel to hostel and home will my motherboard be damage ?
