yes the mounting pressure is for sure good enough and yeah i put a lot of thermal paste and yeah i removed the sticker at the bottom of the heatsink before installing

so i just installed the Cooler Master MasterLiquid LC240E into my ryzen 5 3400g and it seems to me im getting worse temps than the stock wraith cooler i had on it

so i ran a 1080p stress test on my gpu for 1 minute and my gpu hit 87c and it kept going up so i instantly stopped it because the max temp for my gpu is 74c is there any chance i just damaged my gpu at all ?? and should'nt it turn its self off when it gets that hot ??

i think the 5700xt is the best option for me atm and thats probaly what im getting i was 4k medium settings rn im getting 20-30 fps at that and i wasnt 80-100fps

im guessing you meant depends ? yeah i just need a little more head room in being able to bump up the graphics a little more. i care about aesthetics more than high fps and i play a wide range of games. a little of every genre

yeah the ryzen 7 2700x is still way better than the ryzen 5 3400g

yeah im gaming. im getting the ryzen 7 2700x because its cheaper and it has a bigger heatsink with rgb and i dont have enough money for after market cooling
