  1. I tried this and it went to the bios menu thankfully. I plugged things in and rebooted one by one and found when i plugged in the SSD the computer would no longer boot. I tested the SSD on another system and got the same result.
  2. On a motherboard with 4 slots for RAM, would A2 be the 3rd slot?
  3. As the title of this suggests, the computer I have is freezing at startup. Fans spin, it plays its usual beep like normal, but then i can't get past the POST screen. I cannot access the BIOS, I tried. I tested my memory sticks individually, pulled out the GPU, removed the CMOS battery, and unplugged all peripherals and nothing changes. I'm really stumped here and I could use a hand.
  4. ok yeah im just stupid lol, i just looked at my side panel and saw that, also i had a read at my mobo manual on where to enable it and so far the installation is going well
  5. As some of you may have seen, Windows 11 has been leaked online. I myself have been able to get myself a copy of the ISO file, but i ran into an issue when installing it, a pc MUST support tpm 2.0, but when went to "tpm.msc" using Run, it said i didn't have a tpm at all. Any ideas on what I need to do?
  6. I know for sure I have got a bad ram stick(s) in my system, and I can't afford to replace them. I had suspected this for a while now because programs would crash randomly, and i would get BSODs frequently (about 1 a week) and today my entire system crashed and rebooted without a BSOD. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue until I can replace the stick(s).
  7. Not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this, but, I'm building my little brother a PC from some parts i ordered and some other parts i had lying around, and i think I've hit a roadblock with my PSU and GPU. I only have a 400w PSU lying around for the RX 570 i plan to put in his system, and i see that the recommended power rating is 450w. So, i went onto an online power consumption calculator and it said the total power consumption of the system is 336w. Should I believe this and continue with the same PSU, or should i get a higher wattage? Full System specs: CPU: ryzen 3 2200G GPU: radeon rx 570 RAM: 16GB @ 3000mHz Mobo: Gigabyte b450m ds3h
  8. i know what i need to push to unlock it, my issue is that its not going down far enough to release
  9. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but, I really need some help, my GPU is stuck in the slot, I'm unable to push the release switch to unlock it no matter how hard a push on it without breaking a finger, I've tried reseating the card to see if that will get it to unlock, but the release doesn't budge at all.
  10. I have a new cpu i want to install but, it will not work without a BIOS update, so i went to my manufacturer's website to get the BIOS revision i need, but when i try to run the program to flash the BIOS i get this message (see image). Any suggestions?
