hello all i am wondering which of these two fans would be best for my in this case LANCOOL II MESH RGB bottom 2 fan slots ontop of the psu, also with the consideration of my 7800xt is not vertical mounted and if this would work fine with a small obsticle infront of one fan in the bottom most pcie slot of my mobo noctua NF- A12x15 pwm chroma slim fan 2x or noctua NF- A12x25 pwm chroma fan 2x Also a noctua NF-A12x25 Pwm chroma fan x1 or would going 3 industerial 3000 rpm noctual fans be better in the long run? Can a single header run all of them at near full speed if ever needed and if i decided to go industerial would i still be fine? or would different fans be better considering i am on a slight budget as id like rgb but good ones from what ive seen from corsair and other brands cost a good bit more

I apologize, budget wise somewhere in the 100ish dollars mark and just what would be my best budget option essentially setup wise and I'm in the us

So I am looking into trying to do a cheap diy nas/maybe router setup for storing files in my home, what would be my best setup options Budget is somewhere around 100

What i have is the following X99 deluxe 3.1/u motherboard from asus Haswell 5930k cpu 6 core 12 thread 48GB corsair vengence lpx ddr4 at speed of 2133Mhz Also maybe a corsair power supply Mostly wanting to see if selling the first 3 is even worth it

Im just waiting to see if I can ever catch a vagNA one, 8 year old rx570 is dieing for me so feels bad...

So i am wondering how much would this combo be worth if i sold it used 5930k cpu x99 deluxe mobo about 48gb of ddr4 2133 corsair vengence lpx so 6 sticks worth Also a i think 600-800 watt psu from corsair Would it be worth getting a cheap case and just sell it as a no gpu build or just chuck a rx 290 in it that we have laying around or what?

Out of all of these which would best be able to sustain a 3900x with auto and pbo enabled for the most decent prices in the us?

@SolarNova i mean yea but at the same time idk if the antec liquid cooler can go one way only munting or can push the vrm cooler fan on the cooler to another side since the board is cooled by beefy heatsink and a single fan

voltage with pbo under idle is 1.42 to 1.45 or more so it idles kinda at 50 or so with, but when it is hit load and all is auto and pbo set nothing much manual it voltage goes to 1.31- 1.33 it as it loads heavy it produces more heat but less voltage on my icue software on blender i can hit easily 450-500ish watts on my 2080ti hybrid and 3900x and goes to 87-90 or more before i stop it @SolarNova

also i think total time i have had my aio is at about 50-55k hours i wonder if its something besides pump @SolarNova

@SolarNova will it conflict with any of my board components considering strix x570e and tallerish ram also looking at price performance but my question is this is this if its transfering the heat then what causing my heat to spike so badly?

Rn im seeing more recommendation of air then aio but if someone can say from experence which they have seen or experenced has cool better then all the better, sooner is better in my case

will it work with my mobo with the ram with its beefy from cooling? @Jeppes

will my noctura chroma black work on the cooler? with push pull config and if i wanna go all 140 what would be that config? @jaslion

ive had it for 5 years or so with constant heavy oc use so iguess i cant blame it @jaslion so air cooling can cool my stuff down just as much then aio so what should my fan config be then? i got on top case can fit i think 3 120 or 2 140 front can support 3 120 or 2 200mm or 2 140mm i think and back has it for the gpu aio

the thermal paste also spreaded evenly so its making contact i remounted it and checked that @jaslion

@Mateyyyits all auto and pbo with mobo controlling oc so its nothing super special and its coming out the top of the case

The top rad does get extemely hot like legit really hot even to the case level like its not outputting or despiating enough heat @jaslion

ive remounted it to no success @jaslion

it was on my 5930k it was much easier to cool then this cpu so its struggling i went as far as getting new fans had the stock fans on it all this time also @jaslion

ive got a kraken x61 280mm and my 3900x is idling at like i think 50-60 and r20 it gets to 90 in a few seconds and holds for a little before going up more @jaslion
