    should i buy a ryzen 3500 ..will it bottleneck rtx 2060 or 2080 ti in summer i have 45 degree celcius temperature should i buy a cooler too

      3500 does not exist for retail... what are you talking about? its an oem only product. 

      but yes, buy the 3600

      the 3500 can be purchased retail in a lot of asian markets
