    What made you send the monitor to the service center? Honestly this sounds like your monitor still has some issues. I recommend contacting the service center and explaining the problem.

    The Division 2 - its the most popular (Wildlands/Breakpoint) Has the most active player base of the three. Its fairly easy I think your dad would love the game.
