  1. Ooooohhh..... 980 give away, you say?... I say... "Yes sir please... I can haz?" Then you say.... "Yes kind sir... you can haz." And we all live happily ever after. Kindest regards, Shane. Hi from Australia.
  2. I dunno... I had a pretty decent LoL for some reason, upon pausing at this marvellous moment. I call it... "Linus Derp-Face Tips". Regards, Shane. B) ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Any console FPS player, who uses the excuse of "Controllers are better for FPS. I just can't get used to using a keyboard and mouse"... lacks a very significant link from the chain of human evolution. Thus, rendering them... insignificant.
  3. Aight, so I have 2 GTX 460's. One is a normal gigabyte and the other is a factory overclocked .... Asus I think. I've never really over clocked b4 as Ive never really needed to. But as it seems its time to upgrade, I would like to give things a go. Can any of you guys recommend any settings that I should use in MSI afterburner? Or if there is a thread which I havent come across yet that might be more suited to this subject? Any help will be great. Thanks folks. My Rig:- AsRock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen3, Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge, 6 gig 1600mhz ram, 2x GTX 460 Sli, Corsair HX 850w PSU.
  4. Haha, I love you guys! Many lol's I have had listening to your antics and reminiscing about all those sweet games of old. xD
  5. @Aphexx QUOTE: "HOWEVER disregard everything I have said for the corsair V2K I had to RMA this headset due to plastic cracking and now the returned product is cracking again. after 2 1/2 weeks of mild usage.. I'm not even using these like I normally would, my raiding guild is going through a transition and I've stopped raiding since the new year. the corsair is breaking. these aren't the headsets you are looking for" How in the heck have you broken them twice?!?! 0.o I've had mine since shortly after release and have not had a singular problem. Let alone having them crack, or having a 2nd pair crack. I take care of my stuff. I can assure OP that they of a very decent build quality and they sound is pretty damn good with nice low bass notes. The software (that you NEED to download from Corsair's website), offers plenty of customization, with numerous pre-sets to choose form, as well as having an EQ, which you can you fiddle with to your hearts content to get whatever sound it is you're chasing. You may find a problem with having them a bit bulky (I don't)... but thats prolly cos of the 50mm drivers sitting in there, and the nice memory foam that cups your ears maybe. In all honesty... they're not that big, and they're not that heavy at all. They're a headset.... you're not trying to impress anyone while your sitting at your computer, or while walking to the toilet to go hang a leak. Peace.
