  1. Is there a difference between the 2 architectures (Nvidia - AMD) that would result in an advantage in FPS for one or the other? (no RTX or DLSS or whatever in VR, afaik)
  2. There is a comment on the GN youtube video by Mirsad Redzovic that seems to explain everything
  3. What about a review of the Cluvens Scorpion gaming chair? https://www.cluvens.net/scorpion
  4. Would it be possible to use an airlift pump in a watercooling system using an airstone? Let's try that
  5. We all know Linus plays Beat saber... But does he play Feet Saber? Or Badminton Saber? How good is he really? (Naluluna Mods)
  6. Hi everybody! I bought a LG 27GL850 a few month back and mounted it on the wall. So I've got the stand taking dust in a corner of the room I've also got an old Iiyama monitor, but the stand is not really adjustable in a good way. That monitor has a Vesa mount option, but of course the LG stand doesn't. So does anyone know of a way-hack-eBay chinese (or not) adapter to be able to use my LG base on the Iiyama monitor? Thanks in advance!
  7. Just to know if this is applicable to the PC market - something like passive cooling on a Pi or similar (and can the epoxy be replace by something else to produce a thermal paste for example).
  8. Any comments about this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MOTMq9g8Nk ?
  9. Well it looks like it draws 12 volts, 2 Amps or so, with an HDMI DVI VGA input (the standard controller boards found on ebay). I do know the color codes of the outputs of PSUs (the Ketchup-Mayo-Mustard cables), but as the Corsair RMx 750 is fully modular, I guess I'll have to find a good color coding of that : Somebody?
  10. Hi Guys I'm currently building my new rig in a mATX case and would like to attach a secondary display on it (that I would use as a primary when in a LAN). Of course, the best way for me to power up that display (a salvaged laptop part with a controller board) would be to be able to use the PSU that I'd like to buy : Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Is that possible, and if so how? Thanks
  11. Thanks for all the answers! I'll then get an ATX PSU
  12. Hi guys Is there a reason, if you have the choice, to choose an ATX power supply vs a SFX one? (Thermals, aso...)
  13. I heard there were some capacitors ageing problems, but that is supposed to be after years of use...
  14. I would say it depends where you store it... in a normal environment, with a cover to protect it from dust... what could happen?
