  1. Yes, both my phone and pc have this problem. It started about 2 days ago
  2. I can barely hear the right one but left is totally fine. I've tried a different cable, didnt fix. Neither did a different ''port'' (like the place where you plug in the cable into ur pc/audio interface) IEM's=Moondrop Aria, ~7months old What can I try?
  3. Where can I see how many work units I've done/how many points I have?
  4. right now, diablo and elden ring are probably the most graphically intense games I play. Payday 3's coming out soon, dunno how that will be. my goal is to buy a card that will be able to run games of simulair graphical quality that are coming out in say the coming 5 or so years. basically something thatll last and be a good value
  5. (pls correct me if im wrong) isnt this one quite a bit better cause of the speeds for only a 10 euro increase in price? (its on sale rn) https://www.megekko.nl/product/1962/1062725/AMD-Videokaarten/XFX-Radeon-RX-6950-XT-MERC-319-BLACK-Videokaart?s_o=1
  6. amazon.nl , megekko.nl, azerty.nl, tweakers.nl, coolblue.nl, bol.com, alternate.nl, paradigit.nl, mediamarkt.nl informatique.nl. Those are the ones I know of
  7. Im not buying used because i dont know what defects im looking for. Did it once, card died 1 month after. Do i really need something as "performant" as a 4080? Seems like a huge step from a 1660 ti. Im not looking to get the best card my processor can handle, but im looking for the cheapest card for 60-120fps on 1440p on roughly medium settings on most newer titles
  8. Title. More specifically my question is, is the card good enough that I won't have to buy a new one in the coming say 5 years? I'm using a GTX 1660 TI right now and it doesn't run too great at 1440P (especially on Diablo 4, frequent crashes after loading. Other games it's just worse performance but no crash) If not, do you guys have any other card recommendations which will last last me for the coming 5 or so years? My budgets around 1000 euro but preferably way cheaper. Was thinking about the RX 6800 as well. I care more about price to performance than paying 10x more for that extra 10%. Has to be able to be delivered to the Netherlands (so I can't use Newegg or Ebay for example) Specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D Ram: 32 GB Trident Z 3200Mhz PSU: Corsair RM850x Storage: Some kioxia nvme ssd 1tb, some samsung sata ssd 1tb Also is a 850W psu enough? p.s prices im seeing is 380 euro for the A770, 540 euro for the RX 6800XT
  9. Budgets 150 euro, Netherlands. But really the cheaper the better, as long as the audio quality isn't ass. Currently using the microphone that came with my HyperX Cloud 2's. If it's comparable or better than that, that's good enough for me. A compatible arm would be nice as well. Needs to be USB, don't have a XLR input.
  10. Thank you very much for the (very clear btw) explanation
  11. As far as I know a VPN basically routs your data through the VPN's server and then ur ISP, instead of straight to your ISP. But what does that actually do? Can my ISP still see what websites I've visited or what I've downloaded? Can the VPN? What are the pro's con's of a vpn that I should consider?
  12. 1. I don't know where I normally look cause I have no idea what I'm doing and 2. that's not my monitor. I have the 273Q, and that is for the 273QF
  13. How do I check if it has a vesa mount? I don't know what that is
  14. So I own a MSI G273Q, but it's a bit low in height so I want to increase the height so to speak, so that I don't need to bend my head down and can just keep it straight, but I have no idea how to do that. How do I find a stand that will fit on my monitor and is adjustable in height? Do you guys have any recommendations for stands? P.S I would prefer not wall mounting it and I'm from the Netherlands, don't know if that matters
  15. I need a 1440P IPS monitor, preferably 120hz (60 is fine too), 27'' - 29'' that has a displayport 1.4a connection (or higher if it's backwards compatible). Went down to my local tech stores but none of them had displayport/low input latencies (I don't need 1MS reponse rates, but ~5 would be nice). My budget is a maximum of 400 euro, preferably more about 250 or 300 though. Has to be able to be shipped to the Netherlands. Thanks for the suggestions in advance.
  16. I know, but he's quite stubborn and tech illiterate. Higher number means better right? I'm running a i7 4790K and I can multitask a game, 20 chrome tabs, spotify and discord no problem, i cant even comprehend a midrange i5 or i3 where excel would struggle. I don't think he realises the actual workload of my father, and just uses tech terms to cause confusion. I mainly made this post to (hopefully) change my fathers mind instead of having him waste his money
  17. My father wants a new computer because his old one is getting slow (don't know the exact specs, DDR3, HDD, amd athlon processor). He's asked me and my brother to configure a new value oriented computer for him that will last him a while, but me and my brother are having a disagreement. The computer will be used for internet (browsing news websites), excel, word and storing those excel files .He keeps like 5 chrome tabs open and plays solitaire once in a while, that's it. Father hasn't decided yet if he wants windows 10 or 11. The excel files are around 10-30kb each and have less than 100 function equations. I'm not gonna say which build is my brother's and which is mine. Pc won't be overclocked (unless you count XMP). (p.s case not included, already bought) Build 1: Motherboard:Asus Prime B660M-A D4 (125eur) CPU: i5-12400 (240eur) RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2x8GB 3200 (58eur) SSD: Samsung 870 QVO 2TB (sata) (175eur) PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 Full Modular (90eur) Build 2: Motherboard:Asus Prime B660M-A D4 (125eur) CPU: i5-12600K (340eur) CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 (41eur) RAM: Corsair VVengeance DDR4 LPX 4x8GB 3200 (145eur) SSD: Kingston Fury Renegade 2TB (M.2) (240eur) PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 Full Modular (90eur) Would love to know which one you guys would purchase if it we're your own money. If you think one is better than the other, please tell me why, would love to hear. Edit: added the prices for build 2 CPU/cooler which I forgot. Whoops
  18. Didn't really pay attention to it when I was placing my order, looked at my confirmation email and couldn't find it in there. Any way to find out which wave I'm in?
  19. I shall download afterburner and see what it's like whilst in that open world scenario, and report my findings
  20. Budget (including currency): I'd like to see my options (like lowest option vs midrange vs highest), 500-1250 euro (can add a bit more if it's worth it) Country: Netherlands Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Just gaming. (2 screens, 60hz 1080p. currently running my main screen via the GPU and secondary via the CPU, might wanna change that depending on the cost increase) Wallpaper Engine on high settings, 60fps. MMORPG's mainly, some graphicly intense single player games. o/ Current setup: CPU: i7 4790K GPU: GTX 1660 TI Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 RAM: 16GB DDR3@1600Mhz PSU:I don't know, either a 650W or 750W 80+ silver from I think cooler master? However I would like to replace the PSU due to the warranty being expired 3 years ago. Recently I've noticed my GPU is hitting 95% or more in task manager and my games (mainly Warframe and the single player games) are dropping below 60fps or are stuttering on high, almost maxed settings. When it drops, it's in the open world sections of the game. I was wondering what I'd need to get a significant performance increase in real world scenarios (gaming) that wouldn't break the bank. I'd also like to know if it's worth upgrading the cpu/ram/mobo for gaming. I've been thinking about it for a while because I'm still using DDR3, however the CPU utilization % in task manager almost never goes above 50% with everything running (game+discord+spotify+wallpaper engine+10 chrome tabs) and it's got 4 cores/8threads@4Ghz, boosting to 4.4. Thank you in advance for your thoughts, recommendations and general help ^_^ Edit: the CPU cooler is a cooler master hyper 212 evo
