So my issue is when i stream certain games like CSGO, and Apex Legends... the displayed graphics on my screen is not what i see. It might say I have 165 frames (which i capped it at for my 165hz monitor), but in reality i can tell im getting 60 frames or maybe even below that, i change the graphics to low, and there is a gpu load taken off as expected but the 165 frames it says im getting is not true because i know its far below that. This only happens when I stream.
This may not even be a Graphics problem... I just assume it is because i have had problems in the past with this gpu. But who knows, I HAVE FOUND 0 SOLUTIONS OR EVEN DISCUSSIONS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
I do not know if this will help but my second monitor is 60hz.
Here is what I have tried (i might forget some) :
1. Lowering stream quality... does nothing.
2. Changing my monitor Hz cap.
3. Lowering graphics quality in game.
4. reinstalling software, (i am still slightly convinced this may be a problem to look into)
5. Checking to see if thread count detection was the problem. (which i fixed)
6. Checking how hot my gpu is, (its not hot)
If you may have ANY idea what it might be tell me. I feel like i have no other options at this point. Please share
