  1. I have a friend who recently bought a 6800 Red devil. I'll update you when he replies Update: He's got a Red dragon... Your best bet is asking someone with the same series as you about this light.
  2. If you don't want troubleshooting headaches, 100% go with Intel, and that's said from an AM5 user. I've had ram/EXPO problems since upgrading cpu, mobo and ram. Only when i changed motherboard I finally breath a sigh of relief. If you're lucky, you may have no problems at all but you'll need to MAKE SURE all components are compatible with eachother.
  3. Furthermore, here's what the manual has to say about rgb:
  4. Also, check in the PowerColor Red Devil Zone software if that's a light you can turn off. If you can, that's just a normal cosmetic light for the gpu.
  5. Can you take a photo without the side panel and close up from the front of the gpu? Maybe it's got something to do with the bios switches.
  6. Considering you've got the kind of money to buy an Aorus Master, pratically top of the line Aorus motherboard, I feel like it would be kind of wasted on a 13600K. Top of the line mobos are usually for overclocking, so make sure to make the most of it (as long as you've got the right kind of cooling, Intel runs a bit too hot...)
  7. weird. I installed all drivers trough msi center for my motherboard.
  8. Yeah, i have some dropped frames. So you think it's a network error? I have these microstutters while on desktop as well (using normal apps) EDIT: while having stats for nerd on, another microstutter happened and the dropped frames didn't increase
  9. Currently using the reccomended performance settings on firefox. Windows 11, Firefox is latest version, desktop running at 240Hz. Microstutters happen randomly, when watching a video, without doing anything at times.
  10. I recently upgraded cpu, mobo and ram and am experiencing micro stutters while simply using firefox. Games are not afflicted for some reason EXPO is enabled and Memory context restore as well in bios (boot times are too long if i don't enable it) B650 Carbon Wifi Ryzen 7800X3D Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000Mhz 32GB RTX 2070 Gaming Z Masterwatt 750W
  11. Looks like that block has an AMD version and Intel version. Let's start here, did you buy the right one?
  12. I've come from an Asus Tuf and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Many people had mixed experiences with asus, some good, some bad. It really just depends on your luck. Software/Bios aside, the materials are really good quality and customer support is really nice.
  13. Yeah, trust me, buggy bioses are the worst. When buying used don't ever be afraid of asking about the component conditions.
  14. Check in the nvidia control panel, change resolution section, that you're in the "PC" section when selecting the resolution and not the upscale part.
  15. I've heard Asrock can be pretty buggy with bios releases tho, so you might want to go with EVGA on this one.
  16. Try doing a clean install of drivers, clean througly the card with compressed air, make sure it's inserted all the way in the pcie slot and check the power connectors for loose connections. You might also want to try another HDMI/DP cable. If that doesn't work I'm afraid you'll have to replace it If you want to not spend much you can buy an used gpu on ebay, they cost a fraction of the cost and work almost identical to the out of the box counterpart (AS LONG AS YOU MAKE SURE THE VENDOR IS RELIABLE! DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW THEY USED IT!)
  17. Please screw in the gpu. Apart from safely securing it to the motherboard and making sure it doesn't fall out, it might help with the signal. Even if doesn't work please keep it screwed in since we don't want a (more) broken gpu on our hands. Also, did you check if the 1650 was working before installing it in your system? Have you tried plugging it in another motherboard?
  18. First off: if you're planning on waiting for the 5000 series, be advised it's coming in 2025. Not even the next year. You could buy a used 3080/3090, the price is great and as long as you make sure they weren't used for mining or/and kept under bad conditions then the performance would be almost identical to an out-of-the-box one.
  19. Check if you plugged your gpu in the pcie slot correctly. Make sure the pin made a click and check the power connectors are througly inserted.
  20. I'm looking for a case that can fit my 3x front 140mm fans and rear 14mm fan. Also 240mm top AIO. What cases do you reccomend? I'm a bit of a Corsair fanboy but I'm willing to see all options since I know there's a lot of good ones.
  21. Here's an animated gif by gigabyte to show how it's done: https://www.gigabyte.com/WebPage/919/M2-ezlatch.html Just ignore the relocation part and push the square end.
  22. This looks like a nice low-end/starter pc build. Please swap the power supply for a well-known brand (refer to the PSU tier list) since you really don't want to put on stake frying your components because of a faulty PSU. It's a well-known rule to go with reputable brands for PSUs. The rest looks great, enjoy the build!
  23. I've had nothing but problems with my motherboard, but I'm happy at least the majority of people had nice Experiences with Asus
