Ok it seems defragmentation of the drive hasnt helped at all, an other ideas people?

Vga is fine for basic use and for cheap setups, my monitor is 1366x768 and vga and tbh it looks good enough

Id say grab it, and clean the card properly and swap the thermal paste

So i have got 2 drives in my system, a kingston (a400) yes i know its a bad ssd, and a 640gb toshiba hard drive with a very long name. My hdd seems to be causing weird 0.5-2 seconds long freezes in game, i know its the hdd as the same games on the ssd dont do this, The weird part is crystal disk info and hd sentinel say the drive is perfectly healthy with no issues and zero smart errors. Also while playing games, hd sentinel is showing the transfer rate of the hdd drops very low, maybe this has something to do with the freezing? Specs Athlon 200ge Msi b450a pro 8gb 4x2 kingston valueram 2400mhz Cooler Master mwe 500 Edit: Its a toshiba mk6476
