I would recommend upgrading the power supply to a cooler master mwe gold or corsair txm 650w power supply. 450 is a bit low and the evga br isnt great. You may want a bigger ssd. Also, maybe go for a cheaper case and squeeze in a rx 5600xt or rtx 2060

I was in a tournament and have lost out on potential money because of it. It also happens whenever I get a friend request or a notification from the epic games launcher. I have tried LITERALLY everything. DDU drivers, updating drivers, updating windows, uninstalling and reinstalling epic games launcher and i think everything else. Sorry, forgot to say, this actually does happen in other programs. In my editing software, occasionally and sometimes in one other game which is not graphically intensive at all, but the same error does not come up.

It isnt dusty at all. I am using the dedicated GPU. that should be a shame if my gpu is defective as they are very expensive.

It has just hapenned in fortnite. I originally had the gpu overclocked but have put it back to original clocks. The temps are 74-78c. I tried underclocking but that didn't fix it.

The nvidia cards have the NVENC encoder which is much much better than amds hardware encoder. This benefits streaming, recording and can help in video editing.

Well, my phone is 5 years old and working fine and I havent heard this happen before so that must be an issue with your phone and possibly router. Have you tried any troubleshooting

When i originally made this list, that psu was $110 but now it is near the price of the focus, it is not as good value as that. If you are not streaming, using ray tracing or need good hardware acceleration for video editing etc. Then the 5700xt may be a better pick for price. The 2070 super may have 10-15fps more in some games while slightly less in others.

Wait for Zen 3, ampere and big navi. They are coming out in the next month or so, so seeing as you won't be building this for a while, that will be good. An Nvidia card will be better for streaming and video editing.

That motherboard is great but if you want one with wifi built in then the Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO AC is good, but I have put a wifi 6 card in there. The stock cpu cooler is fine to start off with and you can always add something like a hyper 212 black edition or bequiet! dark rock 4. You can fit a better GPU in then. If you can, wait for the new hardware.

The games were not particularly cpu intensive but we dont know which games OP is playing. I use an aftermarket cooler now but before I had that, I could run cinebench and get 75c max

It was hard to find good speed ram at a lower priced than some new ones so I left that out. I am not sure if this will be over budget with ram and a psu new. You can always buy a used PC with an i5 or i7 and put in an ssd, new psu and more ram but that wont be upgradable.

The stock cooler will be fine if you are not overclocking but probably slightly louder. The mobo change was to save money, the Asus one you chose has slightly better VRMs so you could get that if you have the budget but is not necessary.
