  1. So I tried again and the 670 works! Getting a new gpu soon, thanks for your help, I really appreciated it.
  2. Alright will do! The 670 will have to wait a bit cause it's my brother's and he is using it right now but I will do it as soon as I can and get back here with updates, thanks a lot!
  3. You made me realize that the weird colors thing didn't happen until I started using hdmi because of the new monitor(as the previous one was supposedly broken). I just connected the old VGA monitor and the crash and the fuked up colors were gone, but the initial issue came. Apparently the monitor goes black, but now I can at least use the computer by powering on and off, using the 2 seconds it gives me to see the screen. So I guess the broken monitor wasn't broken after all. If you don't understand what I'm saying let me know and I can record it and have it posted it here. Now, if I try again the dedicated gpu on the vga monitor and it works, we would identify the integrated graphics as the source of the whole problem am I right? I'm still not sure if I will have to change the entire cpu or just a new graphics card.
  4. Nope I can do nothing friend... I can hardly enter the fuked up bios but in matter of seconds it stalls and have to shut down. About the other gpu, I tried it with hdmi cause my actual monitor only supports that, but I don't think that would make difference I guess
  5. Right, that is my question too! If the problem is in the integrated graphics, I can get a dedicated card but when I saw the black screen using a working gtx 670 I thought it was also a cpu problem. Thanks for your advice mate!
  6. Hi folks, long time since I last had troubles with my computer, but right now my computer has an unidentified problem where I strongly believe that you guys will at least help me to identify the source of this issue. The whole story: one day everything was working flawlessly, the next day I was using my computer when suddenly my monitor went black while the computer was still working. I confirm that it was a monitor issue cause if I shut the monitor off and turn it on again it showed image for 2 seconds until it went black again. I concluded that my monitor just got old, so I didn't get stressed, as I had it like 8 years ago and it served me well. Then, I wasn't home for some days, until today that I came back, then connected an old LCD tv I had laying around. I got amazed of what I saw, Windows' colors weren't the same, the light blue of Windows now is orange for example, but the real mess comes next as the output gets messed up and it stays like that, nothing more happens and it doesn't allow me to even reach the log screen. Even if I get to the BIOS, it eventually crashes with all those weird colors, random numbers and letters where they shouldn't be... I don't have an idea of what could be producing this, as everything was alright, I was very happy with my computer's performance, etc. My specs are: -AMD APU 7700k -16gb ram kingston(2x8 @1333) -Graphics integrated in cpu -Motherboard MSI A68HME33 V2 -PSU EVGA 500W 80+ silver Photos: https://imgur.com/a/HOR96x8I didn't want to believe it was a computer problem so I tested it with another working led monitor, but I got the same output. Things I already tried: -change ram, tried with one stick, with different brand also. -tried a dedicated gpu. It somehow didn't even show image, all black since the beginning. Note that is a working gpu and I installed it correctly Also, would it be possible that a virus is causing this? It all went bad suddenly. So far, my strongest belief is that this is problem either of the integrated graphics or the whole cpu. But I am no expert, some of you may be, so what you say? What can it be? I really need some help here, if you have some free minutes I will love your kindness, thanks!!
