` GFX Configuration & Primary Video Device
Specifies the first initiation of themonitor display fromthe installed PCI graphics card, PCI Express graphics
card or the onboard graphics.
IGD Video Sets the onboard graphics as the first display.
NB PCIe Slot Video Sets the graphics card on the PCIe slot controlled by the CPU as the first display.
(Default)
SB PCIe Slot Video Sets the graphics card on the PCIe/PCI slot controlled by the Chipset as the first
display.
& Integrated Graphics
Enables or disables the onboard graphics function.
Auto The BIOS will automatically enable or disable the onboard graphics depending on
the graphics card being installed. (Default)
Disabled Disables the onboard graphics.
Force Always activates the onboard graphics, whether or not a PCI Express card is
installed.

unless you use adobe software the 3900x will provide much better perf at same price, though there are stock issues now
also, op's budget is 400 euro
right now i think the best option would be to sell the ram, cpu, and motherboard and upgrade that, since the rest of your PC is pretty high end
i'm not entirely sure how much your gear sells for, doing a quick check on ebay, you should be able to get minimally 70 euro on the cpu, motherboard and ram
