  1. Probably, If you're more of a tech expert and you're ok with possibly damaging your graphics card, Replace the cooling assembly....somehow? I'll also quote howtogeek in this one.

  3. If i was skant, i would choose none of those because 3 of them have 512 GB, And the one which has the MAX-Q, only has 512GB and the one which the 1 TB has a regular 2070.
  4. I've done some digging and that is the best laptop i can find new outside of ebay and "scammy" sites. I'm really sorry, but you're gonna have to go with that, dig more than me, or just go into ebay.   6. Check if your cables are not 1 dollar chinese unprotected cables (a way to say it.) Check if the power cable is plugged in correctly. Move the monitors. Try one single monitor and see if it works. And finally, if all of those dont fix that, just send it to repairs if you have warranty. Or not, but it may cost more.
