  1. Hello to the good people of this forum, I had this problem, My PC is stuck with the "Preparing automatic repair" goes into the black screen with the loading animation. after 8 hours or so, it's still on the loading animation. so i did these actions: > Went to bios > boot override using USB (windows install media) > won't boot past Mobo screen > Removed boot drive > went to bios > boot override using usb (windows install media) > booted to windows installation - (It seems it needs a clean install of windows) > Got a new SSD and planning to clean install windows on the new drive. Question is can I still recover my boot drive and turn it into and normal storage drive? Thanks in advance.
  2. Ya, I've already checked that post. Thanks. As for the budget, 200-300 dollar range, but considering the fact that my set up is on the lower spectrum, it would be an overkill to buy an expensive one. what do you think?
  3. Mostly gaming. Also some light editing (Video and photo). I'd like to change my monitor since its an old tv so its bulky and has this old tv feeling where it hurts your eyes viewing the pixels. (Lol.)
  4. Hello. I would like to seek some help and suggestions to our professional community. I would like to buy a new display for my PC. I am using an RX 570 4gb GPU and I would like to know what Resolution and refresh rates should I look into. *Currently using an old Sharp TV for my monitor. 1366 x 768, 60 hz (not sure). *Also I'd like to have an idea on what refresh rates will my RX 570 4gb becomes the bottleneck. Thanks in advance.
  5. Need help. I have an RX 570 (Powercolor Red dragon), bought it brand new. It's paired with an AMD Ryzen 2200G. I like to OC it a bit but the thing is i have a low end MOBO (Gigabyte A320m S2h-V2). Is it safe or do-able or should i steer away from OCing? Thanks in advance.
  6. Okay okay. i will try it first. i got some Noctua thermal paste NT-H1. can this help? if i reinstall with a fresh thermal paste? im running 75ish upon 100% load on Cinebench.
  7. Im running an OC of 3.9ghz on Ryzen master. Can't OC through the bios since i have a low end mobo (A320). Can the Wraith Cooler sustain this kind of ambitious OC on a budget setup? Im not that Rich mod. lol.
  8. Good day folks! I would like to ask how was the iceborne update on PC. I know this is kinda late. I had MHWorld on PC but i never bought the iceborne expansion. Back then Pre-Iceborne, MHW runs smoothly on my potato PC (R3 2200g, iGPU) but ever since the update for iceborne hit the PC version. The game went clunky with delays and is barely playable even on training weapons. Is there any update on this one? or it's just that MHW:Iceborne has elevated the minimum PC requirements for it to run smoothly? Thanks in advance!
  9. Oh okay. how bout switching the fan with a PWM fan (Non RGB/LED)? is it okay? Ive read someone say that fans for coolers are designed to work with the heatsink (bundled style) and i see others replacing their fan with other brands of pwm fan.
  10. Yeah it seems like im stuck with finding things online for now. I'll check out other deals too. anyways thanks.
  11. That's sweet but the thing is im from the Philippines and hand me downs like that one are so rare here. Local Online stores are my only options here due to this pandemic. Local shops are closed and i doubt that they will have ample stocks and variety of pc parts will also vary. But ill check out that BQ pure rock slim tho. (cooler tier list is my go to tho when comparing this ones)
  12. what exact model? im trying to see if it fits my budget. Aliexpress might have shipping fees.
  13. Good day to you guys! I would like to seek help from the seasoned PC tinkerers here. I am planning to replace the stock cooler of my R3 2200g paired with a GB A320m-s2h v2 mobo and this mobo only has 1 sytem fan header and 1 cpu fan header. Im planning to get the Deepcool Gammaxx 400 (Any version would do) but i dont like the LED version of the fan and i cant support RGB fans since my mobo dont have RGB header. Is there a way i can use it without the LED lights turning on or let alone replace the fan with Non-LED, Non-RGB PWM fan? or is there other coolers out there worth looking considering a low budget pc builder like me? Thanks in advanced.
  14. OHHH! really? so guess im stucked at 2666mhz. Thanks for the heads up.
